Spacious rooms provide a comfortable stay.
Our experience was marred by poor communication. There were multiple messages sent from different staff, leading to confusion about check-in and check-out procedures. On top of that, the self check-in instructions were a hassle as they were sent via a lengthy video that took forever to download. It would have been preferable to have written steps instead.

The apartment was spacious and had effective air conditioning. Loved the comfortable bed and the well-equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. The soundproofing was great. The WhatsApp reception was super responsive, and the daily cleaning was a nice touch. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring Milan on foot!

the location of the hotel was central, close enough to milano in the council car park below san pietro all'orto for 100 euros which seemed very reasonable for parking in the centre of the city, the centre of the city and the duomo and the amazing shopping area. besides, riverside venue was 3 km away from the property. excellent service was provided here. got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

Everything was perfect, affable stuff, INCREDIBLE location right by Milano in the council car park below San Pietro all'Orto as well as duomo and restaurants and shopping center. The room was spacious, neat and had an additional bed and a living area. The bed was comfortable, I enjoyed it.
